Dr. Heather Elford ND is a Naturopathic Doctor and certified Doula with a passion for reproductive health, hormones, pregnancy, postpartum and paediatric health.
Dr. Heather ND’s goal in working with patients is to uncover the factors contributing to their health concerns, target them with evidence-based treatments and establish the foundations of health to allow patients to access their healthiest and greatest selves. She does this through in depth appointments, comprehensive testing, and individualized treatment plans tailored to a patient’s unique presentation and health goals. Treatment plans may include lifestyle and nutrition modifications, herbal and supplemental approaches, acupuncture and more!
When she is not seeing patients in practice, Dr. Heather Elford ND can be found painting, and going for hikes with her husband Peter, daughter Ellie and Goldendoodle Bear.
